Jeff French with the Horse with No Name would take part in the Altered Stock Tractor portion of the show and would put on a good run. Gallery

The #01 and #53 would have a pushing match right in the center of the track. As they were trying to meltdown each other's motor. The #01 would be the eventual champion on the night. Gallery

The Expos (#28) gets a hold of the fastball and sends a deep fly to left field in the Expos 18-2 win. With the win, the Expos take the 1-0 lead in the best of three series. The Expos will be looking to advance to the championship with a win on August 16th.

Expos Mike Bergmen (#14) went the distance for the win. He pitched 6 shut out innings before the Padres would get on the board.
