Saranac's Ben Weightman (18) slides safe ahead of the tag at third base. The Saranac Chiefs would take care of business against the Moriah Vikings winning 14-1. The game would be tied at 1 after the first. Then in the rest of the game, the Chiefs would get 13 unanswered runs and cruise to the victory. Saranac's Andrew Petro would go five innings striking out four while giving up one hit and one walk. With the victory, the Chiefs improve there record to 6-2 on the season. Gallery

Malone's Bruce Monette (5) dives back to first under the tag to avoid the pick-off. The Malone Huskies would sweep a doubleheader against the Canton Golden Bears 14-6 & 14-0. The Huskies would make easy work of the Bears in both games handily. In the second game, Devon and Bruce Monette would combine for the no-hitter. Chateaugay's Samantha Lobdell (11) slide in safe at the plate ahead of the tag. In a game that would turn out to be a slugfest, the Chateaugay Bulldogs would fall 22-13 against the Lisbon Golden Knights. The story of the game would be lots of runs and some misplaying the field would lead to runs. The 5th inning would be the Bulldogs dagger as they would allow 10 runs. Gallery

Chateaugay's Matt Swanston (11) slides into the second base with the Bulldogs only extra-base hit of the night. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would have no answer for the Madrid-Waddington Yellow Jackets as they would lose 13-0. The game would be close at 1-0 until the fourth. At that time the Yellow Jackets bats would erupt for five runs and then come back with another six in the fifth inning to secure the 13-0 win. With the lose the Bulldogs fall to 0-3 on the season. Chateaugay's Gabby Lefleur (16) falling backward as she catches the foul ball. The Chateaugay Bulldogs would ease there a way to 9-1 victory over the Madrid-Waddington Yellow Jackets. The game would be close at 1-0 until the third inning, Then in the third inning, the Bulldogs would explode for five runs and then pick up three more runs to cruise to the 9-1 win. Malone's Austin Lamay (1) snags the looper for the out. The Malone Huskies would come from behind to get the 7-6 win in extra innings over the Ogdensburg Blue Devils. Ogdensburg would get on the board first with one in the first, three in the third and one in the fourth for the 5-0 lead before the Huskies would get on the board. Then in the fifth, the Huskies would get two runs the Blue Devils would get one in the sixth. Then at the bottom of the inning, the Huskies would explode for four to take the 6-5 lead. Then at the top of seventh the Blue Devils would get one to force extras. Then at the bottom of the eighth Brandon Welch would have the walk-off single to get the 7-6 victory. Getting the win for the Huskies would be Derek Juntunen striking out two. With the Huskies improve there record to 4-0 on the season. Gallery

Plattsburgh State's Katie McNally (9) with the running catch on the foul ball. The Plattsburgh State Cardinal would finish off there regular season with a sweep of the Union Dutchwomen. The Cardinals would win game 1 8-3. The first game would be tied at 1 until the fifth inning. Then the Cardinals offense came alive and get four runs in the fifth and another three in the six. Then in game two the Cardinals just couldn't be stopped ad they would get 11-0 victory. With the sweep, the Cardinals finish there season at 27-8. Gallery

The Plattsburgh State Cardinals swept the Potsdam State Bears in doubleheader 8-0, 13-0 both games called after 5 innings. For the Cardinals, it would be the story of the long ball as they would have 5 home runs between the two games. With the sweep, the Cardinals improve to 25-8 on the season. Gallery

Plattsburgh State's Mike Travers with the hard open field to gain possession. In the SUNYAC finale, the Plattsburgh State Cardinals would defeat the Brockport State Golden Eagles 10-9 in double overtime. The first quarter would belong to the Golden Eagles as they would lead 5-1 after the first. From there on the Cardinals come storming back to get the game-tying goal with under three minutes left in the game. Then in the second overtime, Tommy Kilderry would get the winner to send the Cardinals home happy. With the win, the Cardinals improve there record to 10-5 on the season. Gallery
