It would be SUNTAC playoffs time, and the #4 seeded Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the #5 Morrisville State Mustangs in the Quarterfinals of the SUNYAC Men's Basketball playoffs in front of 725 fans for the first time in seven seasons. The game would be close throughout the first half, but the Cardinals would hold the lead for the whole half and end the half tied at 28. In the second half, it would be a lot like the first half and close throughout, and with 4 seconds left in the game, the Cardinals would extend their lead to three. The Mustangs would get a shot off at the buzzer, but it would rim out, and the Cardinals would get the 69-66 win after a 41-38 half. In the winning effort for the Cardinals, they would advance to the conference semi-finals and take on the #1 New Paltz Hawks as Franklin Infante would lead the way with 21 points as the Cardinals go to 15-11 on the season. Plattsburgh State's Orlando Dawkins (24) with the slam dunk as he broke on the breakaway as the Cardinals got the 116-95 victory. It would be the final game of the regular season from Memorial Hall, and see the Plattsburgh State Cardinals host the Fredonia State Blue Devils in SUNYAC and play in front of 550 fans. It would be a scoring, fast-paced game from the opening tip that would see the Cardinals jump out to a 19-4 lead to start the game before the Blue Devils would start coming back, and the Cardinals would have the 50-43 lead at the intermission When the teams returned for the second half the pace of the game would only get faster as both teams would have over 50 points in the half with the Cardinals winning the half 66-52 and secure the 116-95 victory. In the winning effort for the Cardinals, Kareem Welch would lead the way with 25 points as they go to 14-11 in the season and will host the Morrisville State Mustangs in the first round on Tuesday evening. As for the Fredonia State Blue Devils' season, it will end at 6-19 as Aiden Proudfoot and Brandon Kulakowski would combine for 20 points. Gallery

Plattsburgh State's Ikechukwu Ezike (5) with the slam dunk as he breaks out on the play as part of a ten-point night as they get the 78-77 overtime victory. It would be the start of the regular season's final weekend, and the Plattsburgh State Cardinals are fighting to host a first-round game in the upcoming SUNYAC Tournament as they take on the Buffalo State Bengals in front of 650 fans. The first half of the game would be tight and back and forth, and the Cardinals would hold the slim 31-30 lead. When the teams returned for the second half, it would be more back and forth, with both of them having their chance to win the game down the stretch, but the Bengals would win the half 37-36 and force overtime tied at 67. In the overtime, the Cardinals would get the 78-77 win when Franklin Infante would make the game-winning free throw with seconds to spare. In the winning effort for the Cardinals, Franklin Infante would lead the way with 24 points as they go to 13-11 on the season and head into their final game against the Fredonia State Blue Devils. As for the Buffalo State Bengals, Bryce Williams would lead the way with 22 points, falling to 8-16 in the season and then heading to Potsdam State to finish the season. Gallery

It would be the next to last game of the regular season for the Clinton Community College Cougars as they would take on the #1 Mohawk Valley Community College Hawka as they battle to make the playoffs. The first half of the game would be tight throughout as the Cougars would keep it close but were unable to get over the hump as the Hawks would have the 33-28 lead at the intermission. When the teams returned for the second half, the scoring would stay there as the Hawks would stretch their lead to double digits through most of the half, but the Cougars would battle back late in the half to make it a game as they would get within five, but the Hawks would win the half 35-32 as the Hawks get the 68-60 victory. In the winning effort for Mohawk Valley, they go to 23-1 in the season, while the Clinton Community College Cougars fall to 9-15 in the season. Gallery

Plattsburgh State's Ikechukwu Ezike (5) with the slam dunk early in the game to get the crowd fried up as part of a 13-point afternoon. We would have SUNYAC Men's Basketball action from Memorial Hall as the Plattsburgh State Cardinals host the Morrisville State Mustangs as they make their playoff push. The game would start with the Cardinals showing their dominance as they would get off to a quick big lead, but the Mustangs would keep coming back and have the 38-36 lead after the first half. When the teams returned for the second half, the Mustangs would keep the offense up and, at one point down the stretch, would have a couple-digit lead, win the half 48-44, and hold on for the 86-80 victory. In the winning effort for the Mustangs, Kareem Sanders scored 21 points, and they went 10-8 in the season. As for the Cardinals, Kareem Welch would lead the way with 16 points as the Cardinals fall to 10-9 on the season. Gallery

Plattsburgh State's Landan Graves (15) and Potsdam State's Parker Kelly (21) rise up for the opening tip, and the teams are off to the races as the Bears get the 77-75 victory. It would be the battle of the North Country from Memorial Hall as the Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Potsdam State Bears in Men's Basketball action in front of 575 fans. The game would be tight through the first half as the Cardinals would have the 45-40 lead in a breakneck pace game after the first half. In the second half, it would come down to the last 10 seconds of the game as the Cardinals would come down and hit a layup from Ikechukwu Ezikea to give them the 75-74 lead. But then the Bears would take the inbound pass with three seconds left, and Nicholas Cortez would hit a three-pointer for the win past half court to beat the buzzer as the Bears got the 77-75 victory. In the winning effort, the Bears' Nicholas Cortez would lead the team with 27 points as they go to 3-14 on the season and head into their next game against the Morrisville State Mustangs. As for the Plattsburgh State Cardinals, Kareem Welch would lead the team with fourteen points as they fall to 9-8 on the season and head into their next game against the Cortland State Red Dragons. With the reserve, Plattsburgh State's Kareem Welch (13) lay up for the score as part of a game-high 19 points as the Cardinals got the 83-78 victory. It would be a battle inside the top of the SUNYAC Men's Basketball as the Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the SUNYAC Conference, the New Paltz Hawks, from Memorial Hall in front of 325 fans. The game would be tight through the first half, but the Cardinals would have a slim 36-33 lead as they went back and forth through the first half. In the second half, the game would stay tight as both teams would trade the lead back and forth a few times, but the Cardinals would have the 47-45 half as they secured the 83-78 victory. In the winning effort, the Cardinals would go to 9-7 on the season as Kareem Welch would lead the way with 19 points. As for the New Paltz Hawks, they would fall to 11-6 in the season, and AJ Knight and Dakoda Smith would combine for 17 points each night. Gallery
