The #4 Plattsburgh Cardinals would host #7 Amherst Lady Jeffs in the Cardinals/Panthers Classic. The game would be scoreless through the first period. Then early in the second period the Lady Jeffs would take 1-0 lead and would add another one later in the period to the 2-0 lead heading into the final period. The Lady Jeffs would take the 3-0 lead early in the 3rd period. Then Cardinals would start there come back getting two goals within 2 minutes with still 8 minutes left on the clock. Oswego would open up the scoring 6 minutes into the first. The Cardinals would answer back to tie the game at 1. in the second minutes of the 2nd period on the Paul Puglisi goal. Oswego would reassume the lead 5 minutes later. Then just 90 seconds later Alex Jensen would tie the game up for good.
