Plattsburgh State's Michael Cassidy with a hit along the end boards that pins the Mustang on the wall. The #3 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Morrisville State Mustangs in SUNYAC action. The Cardinals would get the scoring starting with Kevin Emmerling (25) with the goal at 4:24 mark of the first period. The game would remain there till the last minute of the period when Morrisville's Darren Young would score to make it 1-1. Then at the 5:31 mark of the second period, Plattsburgh's Anthony Calabrese would score to make it 2-1. Then at the 15:04 mark of the second period, Joel Santino would tie the score up again for Morrisville at 2. Then in the span of 1:30 in the third period Michael Cassidy would score twice including a shorthanded goal to give the Cardinals the 4-2 lead. Then with just over two minutes left Kevin Emmerling would score on the powerplay to give the Cardinals the 5-2 lead and eventual win. The Cardinals would get the scoring starting with Kevin Emmerling (25) with the goal at 4:24 mark of the first period. Plattsburgh State's Luke Baleshta (23) slides the puck in front of the goalie and across the crease. The #4 Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Morrisville State Mustangs in SUNYAC play. It would be be looking like it was going to be a scoreless first until the Mustangs took 1-0 lead with 1:02 left in the period on the Zach Baker goal. When the teams came back for the second period the Cardinals would waste no time in tying the game up on Mark Constantine's goal 20 seconds into the period. Then at the 7:23 mark of the period, the Cardinals would take the 2-1 lead on the Michael Radisa goal. Then at the 16:52 mark of the period, the Mustangs would answer back on the Robert Molinaro goal to make it 2-2. Then just 15 seconds later the Cardinals would regain the lead at 3-2 on the Rich Botting goal. The game would stay there until the 8:43 mark of the third period when Zach Popp would score to make it 4-2. Then at the 14:30 mark of the third Joe Santino would score for the Mustangs to try and make it interesting down the stretch at 4-3. Although in the closing minute of the game Brandon O'Quinn would score the empty netter to secure the 5-3 victory. As the Plattsburgh State Cardinals would host the Oswego State Lakers. The game would remain scoreless until just 26 seconds into the second period when Michael Radisa would make it 1-0 Cardinals. The Lakers would come back and tie the game up at Michael Montagna goal at 4:45 to make it 1-1. Then just under a minute later the Lakers would take the 2-1 lead on Andrew Barton's power-play goal. The Cardinals would tie the game back up just two minutes later on Michael Radisa second goal of the night at 2-2. Then just about a minute late Alex Brenton would give the Cardinals the 3-2 lead. The Lakers would keep fighting and get the equalizer at 12:27 on Alex Botten's goal to make it 3-3. That is where the game would stay all the way till the 17:23 mark of third when Oswego Brandon Adams would light the lamp for the eventual game-winner to give the Lakers the 4-3 win.
