Before the game Bulldogs would honor there ten seniors as this would be the last regular-season home game. The game would be physical between a couple of bitter rivals. The game would be scoreless through regulation. Then in overtime in the third minute, the Bulldogs would get the lone goal of the game from Cody Smith. The Sandstoners would strike again the 35th minute on Dillon's goal to make it 3-0. That is where the score would remain until the 74th minute when Potsdam Rishe would score to make it 4-0.
