The Chateaugay would continue there perfect season with a straight-set victory over the Potsdam Sandstones with the 25-10, 25-14, and 25-21 victory. As the Chateaugay Bulldogs would travel to Salmon River for the Salmon River Shamrocks. The Bulldogs would get a challenge throughout the night but they still would get the straight-set victory by scores of 25-16, 25-20, and 25-21. The Chateaugay Bulldogs pose for there team photo as they are crowned the 2016 Section X Class D Champions. It would be the #1 Chateaugay Bulldogs and #2 Edwards-Knox Cougars for the Section X Class D Championship. The Bulldogs would get the straight-sets victory in just over 45 minutes 25-16 25-7 and 25-5. With the win the Bulldogs win there 11th straight Section X title, With the win, the Bulldogs advance to the New York State Playoffs and will take on the Section VII champion in the first round.
