It would be a game that the cardinals would be in control of from start to finish. As the Cardinals would have a 6-0 lead after the first period with goals from Courtney Moriarty, Jordan Lipson (2), Mellisa Ames (2), and Bridget Baisley. William Smith would add one in the second period to make it 6-1 headed to the third period.
