The game would start well for the home Dynamo, as they would get the opening goal from Ashtyn Catlin at the 3:01 mark of the period. The Knights would answer just 26 seconds later on the Alexandre Maniakhine goal to make it a 1-1 game. The Dynamo would have their own answer, retaking the lead at 2-1 on a Brock Spaulding goal, and that's how the first period would end, 2-1 Dynamo. The Knights would come back to tie the game at two on the Benoit Gagnon goal at the 3-07 mark. Then at the 10:49 mark of the period, he Knights wwould takethe 3-2 lead on the Raphael Lizotte ppower-play goal Then in the 13th minute of the period the Dynamo would get two goals in 38 seconds from Elkhan Abibekov and Tanner Hamilton as they retake the 4-3 lead, Then with just 1:26 left in the period the Knights would tie for the third time thanks to Noah St-Laurent and that's how the second ended. The Knights would come out swinging in the third period, and just 15 seconds in, take the 5-4 lead thanks to Cooper Martinea. The Dynamo would not give up, though, as they came back again and tied the game at five on Colton Warren's goal at the 6:32 mark of the period. Then, with just 20 seconds left in regulation, the Dynamo would bang in the game-winner once again from Colton Warren for the 6-5 victory. In the winning effort, the Dynamo's Cade Kavanuagh made 42 saves as they improved to 13-19 on the season.
