The Cliton Community College Cougars would take the pitch at their new home the SUNY Plattsburgh Field House as they would host the Cayuga Community College Spartans in an NJCAA Division III Region III game. The match would not start very well for the home Cougars as they would be behind 3-0 in the first 15 minutes of the game. The half would not improve in the last 30 minutes as they would give up another two goals and trail by a score of 5-0 after the first half. When the teams returned for the second half, the game would not get any better for the home Cougars as they would give up another 7 goals in the half, lose the game 12-0, and fall to 0-4 on the season. The bright spot for the Cougars would be Zamir Foster as he would have double-digit saves on the day The Cougars will be back in action on September 15th as they will host the North Country Community College Saints.
