Then, with just under three minutes left in the game, the Bobcats would add to empty netters from Ella Johnson and Emerson Jarvis to secure the 5-1 victory and be crowned the 2026 ECAC Hockey Conference Women's Hockey Champion and earn the automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. In the winning effort for the Bobcats, Felicia Frank would make 31 saves as they went to 28-8-3 on the season.
