PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. — The Northern Adirondack Bobcats continued their strong early-season play with a decisive 12-0 victory over the Seton Catholic Knights in Section VII girls soccer action. Northern Adirondack took control from the opening whistle, erupting for seven goals in the first half to build a commanding lead. The Bobcats stayed on the attack after the break, adding five more goals in the second half to complete the shutout win. The Bobcats put together a balanced offensive effort, with multiple players finding the scoresheet, including two players who each scored a pair of goals. Northern Adirondack's defense was equally effective, holding Seton Catholic scoreless throughout. With the victory, Northern Adirondack improves to 3-1 on the season. Seton Catholic falls to 0-1 after its season opener. Both teams return to action Monday. Northern Adirondack will host Lake Placid, while Seton Catholic travels to Boquet Valley looking to earn its first victory of the season. Gallery
