Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway - Week 1 - 04-27-2019 - DVD
66th Season Opener Presented by Harmony Golf Course:
C.D. Beauchamp (88) edges out Jocelyn Roy (48) at the finish by a car length to take the first ever weekly pro stock win at plattsburgh airborne speedway. It would be 66th season opener at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway presented by Harmony Golf Course and there would be 85 cars in the pits over 6 divisions ready to do battle and get that season opening win. The main event of the evening would be the 50 lap 2k to win 358 Modified race and it would see a showdown between Stephen Bernier and Lance Willix who would be attached to each other for most of race. At one point where Stephen Bernier slammed it off the front stretch wall and got airborne and would get eventual win. In the Sportsman Modified 2017 season champion Connor Cleveland would return and show why he was championing leading wire to wire for the win. In the first weekly race for the Pro Stock division C.D. Beauchamp would still be the one winner the Pro Stock class has every seen at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway but that wasn't without challenge from Jocelyn Roy coming down the stretch. In the Super Stock class it would be a showdown between Jim Mckiernan, Brent Jarvis and Michael Wright with the eventual win going to Jim McKiernan. As for the Novice Sportsman it would be Lee Barcomb with the wire to wire win and in the Strictly Stock Matt Leonard would do the same to finish off the season openning weekend.

Dirtcar Sportsman Modified North Region Presented by Casella Waste Management - May 4th 2019
Travis Bruno (33R) and Adam Pierson (15) battle for the win in the late stages of the Dirtcar Sportsman Modified North Region 50. It would be week 2 at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway and the Dirtcar Sportsman Modified North Region would be in town along with the 358 Modifieds, Pro Stock, Super Stock, and Strictly Stock all presented by Casella Waste Management with 110 cars in the pits. The first feature out for the night would be the Pro Stocks and would see Marc Lalonde get out to a big lead in the 25 lap feature although C.D. Beauchamp would be charging fast at end and come a care length short as Marc Lalonde would win the caution free feature. Next up would be the Dirtcar Sportsman Modified North Region race and with Shane Pecor starting on the pole the teams knew they needed to bring there a game and it was evident the first part of the race. Although he would challenges throughout the night from Travis Bruno, Connor Cleveland and Adam Pierson. On a restart during the second half of the race Travis Bruno would get out front and fend off all comers and get the win and the thousand dollar check. Next up would be 358 Modifieds and that would be another hard fought race between Mario Claire, Steve Bernier, Danny Gagne and Luke Whittaker. Luke Whittaker would take his hard charging car from a 16th starting spot up to the lead and get the feature win. Then we would have the Super Stock division and would be a battle up front for most of the race between Brent Jarvis and Jim McKiernan with the win going to McKiernan for the second week in a row. To end off the night it would be the Chris Frennier Motorsports Strictly Stock and it would be a battle of endurance as they started with eight cars and would finish with four with the win going to Josh LaPorte on late race pass of Caleb Tourville. We will be back in action next week at Plattsburgh Airborne Speedway with the 358 Modified, Sportsman Modified, Novice Sportsman Modified, Super Stock, and Strictly Stock as part of Fire and EMS night. Super Dirtcar Series - Thunder in the Thousand Island - April 13th 2019
Matt Shepherd (9s) and Billy Dunn (49) battle for the lead off the restart side by side through turn 1. It would be the opener of the Super Dirtcar Series and they would return to the Can-Am Speedway for the first time in ten years. It would be the Thunder in the Thousand Island with 41 cars showing up for the Super Dirt Week Qualifier. Everyone's emotions were up for the season opener and it would be evident in the feature race as 31 cars would start and only 16 would finish do to multipile wrecks throughout the race cuasing major damage to many cars ending there night early. Although when the dust settled Matt Shepherd would be the winner of the 10 thousand dollars and the all important automatic qualifying spot for Dirtweek in October. Shepherd's major challenge on the day would come from Billy Dunn and Mat Williamson but they were only able to hang with him for a few laps off the restarts and then Sheppard would slowly just pull away. Airborne Park Speedway - Week 1 - 05-05-2018 - DVD
65th Season Opener Presented by Day Brothers Boats and Law Enforcement Night:
Justin Severance (4) would put the car on the side but it stay on all four wheels during a wild wreck in turn three and four other drivers involved in the crash were Zack Daniels (30), Thomas Cook (35), and Mike Palmer (85p). It would opening night of the season at Airborne Park Speedway Presented by Day Brothers Boats along with Law Enforcement Night. It noticed early in the night that the drivers were eager to get the season started and get that first race win of the season. As there would be many cautions throughout the night along with a couple red flags. There would be a total of 82 cars on the grounds split up over the five divisions with the most being in the Sportsman Modifed division with 37 cars on grounds. As the racing action it would start with Shawn Walker winning the Strictly Stock, then Brent Jarvis winning the Super Stock, then Bucko Branham in the Sportsman Modified, Chris Raabe 358 Modified and end with Zack Woods winning the Mini-Modified division. The action will be back next weekend (May 12th) with Autograph night presnted by A-Verdi Storage Containers.

Super Dirt Week XLVII - Oswego Speedway - October 7th 2018

Shane Pecore (0) looks to the high side and attempts to get by Robert Bublack (27b) as they battle for the lead. It would be the final day of Super Dirt Week XLVII and the features would be the main course of the day. In the first race of the day it would be the Chevy Performance 75 for the Sportsman Modified and the eventual winner would be Shane Pecore after a last lap pass on Robert Bublack to get the win and cash in on the 4,000 dollar paycheck. Next up on the day would be the Dirtcar Pro Stock 50. This race would also come down to a last lap pass but even better as C.D. Beauchamp would pass Chuck Dumblewski coming off turn four and cash in on the 2,000 dollar paycheck. That would only leave one race left on the day and that would be the Bill Whitaker Car and Truxs 200. It would be a great race up front all day between Jimmy Phelps and Larry Wight battling for the lead all day long. The eventual winner would be Larry Wight as Jimmy Phelps had to make late race pitstop for a tire issue. Although that would not end the race as Stewart Friesen would battle to the end to try and deny the win for Larry Wight. With the win Larry Wight would win first Super Dirt Week and cash in the 50,000. Gallery

Super Dirt Week XLVII - Oswego Speedway - October 7th 2018
Larry Wight (99L) and Jimmy Phelps (98H) battle for the lead during the Billy Whitaker 200 in the big block modified race at Super Dirt Week. It would be the final day of Super Dirt Week XLVII and the features would be the main course of the day. In the first race of the day it would be the Chevy Performance 75 for the Sportsman Modified and the eventual winner would be Shane Pecore after a last lap pass on Robert Bublack to get the win and cash in on the 4,000 dollar paycheck. Rene Repair Enduro - Airborne Park Speedway - September 29th 2018

Howard Blow (26) would jump the bank and slam into the disabled car of Rachel Dumas (511) causing race ending damage to both cars. It would be the season finale at Airborne Park Speedway and as in years past they would end with the enduro. This year there would be 98 cars that would take part in the event. It would be on a very dry track that would see alot of dust making people vision difficult out there. Richie Turner the winner on the day or so it seemed took the lead around lap 100 and would cross the line as the winner. Although the victory would be short lived cause a tire issue would cost him the win during tech. The winner of the event would eventual be Trevor Jaques. Gallery
