The Saranac Chiefs would honor their seniors before the game and then go onto the field and take care of business as they would defeat the St. Lawerence Larries 62-12. It would be a divisional matchup that would see the Chateaugay Bulldogs host the Edward-Knox Cougars. The Bulldogs would come away with the 1-0 win as Devin Willis would get the lone goal in the first minute of the game on a feed from Chad Slater. Eric Fleury would stop three shots for the shutout. The Plattsburgh North Stars' quest to repeat as EFL Champions came to end in Amsterdam against the Albany Metro Mallers with a 29-14 defeat. It would be a game that would it fair share of hard-hitting and rain that would play havoc on the game. It was a tight game through the first half that would see the teams deadlocked at 14 at the break. Then the second half the North Stars would have their chances just couldn't get anything to connect.
