When the teams return for the second half, the offenses come with them, and the game turns into a track meet, with the Vikings winning the half 51-44 to get the road win 89-83. Although the Cougars would have their chances down the stretch and even have the lead with about three minutes left in the game. In the winning effort for the Vikings, Julius Reed would lead the way with 22 points as they go to 1-3 on the season; as for the Cougars, they will go to 4-3 on the season and will look to get back on the winning side as they will host Herkimer on Friday night.
