The Hornets would jump out to a big lead at 25-6 lead after one. The Patriots would battle back in the second and win the quarter 19-10 the Hornets would still lead 35-25 at the break. In the third the Patriots would keep fighting back and win the quarter 19-11 and cut into the deficit at 45-44. In the fourth fatigue would set in on the Patriots as the Hornets win the quarter 20-12 and secure the 66-56 win.
