Evan Roberts (50x) with the pass on the highside of Chris Cayea (18) for the lead in the J+S Steel Sportsman Modified non-winners event, and Roberts would get the win in the end. It would be the start of championship weekend from the Airborne Park Speedway to finish the 2025 season and the J+S Steel Sportsman Modified, Hoosier Limited Sportsman Modified, 500cc Mini Sprints, Mini Stocks, 9th State Cannabias Renegades, Crown Vics, and Enduro. After all the heat racing was done, it was on to the features for the day. The first event out of the box would be the J+S Steel Sportsman Modified non-winners event, a 25-lap race. Chris Cayea would take the lead off the start and would establish a good-sized lead on the field. However, there would still be a challenge coming from the likes of Evan Roibert, and in the closing lap, he would chase him down, take the lead, and get the eventual win. Then it would be the first segment of the 500cc Mini Sprints event, and it would see Gage Provencher get the lead off the start, but Scott Bachand would challenge him in the 15-lap event, and Bachand would get the first stage win, and they would settle the overall winner on Sunday in the 15-lap segment two. Then it would be on to the Crown Vics in their 15-lap event, and it would see a great battle up front for the early point of the event between Eric Friend and Richie Turner. Friend would take control of the race when Turner would find the turn four wall, but they will be back at it again Sunday to finish off the doubleheader. Hen would have the last Hoosier Limited Sportsman Modified feature of the season for 25 laps a. Itould see Adam LaFountain get the lead off the start of race and get a huge lead going Brogan Roberts would do his best to try and make it close but just had no answer also on the day Kobe Hernandez would be crowned the 2025 Hoosier Limited Sportsman Modified track champion as he would win the title by 83 over Parker Dermody. Then the 9th State Cannabias Renegades would take center stage for their first of two features on the weekend, and Tyler Irwin would get the lead off the start of the race. Still, he would be quickly challenged by Billy Thwaits for the lead, and he would hold on to get his first win of the season and all but lock up the title for Tylor Terry. As long as he shows up on Sunday, he will be crowned the 2025 track champion. Then it would be the Mini Stocks in their 20-lap event, and Josh Laporte would take the lead at the start of the race. Still, he would have challengers coming after a few quick cautions in the race that would re-rack the field, and Ryan Senecal would get around him for the lead. Still, Senecal would have a challenge down the stretch in the likes of Speedy Bressette, but would get the win and also be crowned the 2025 Mini Stock track champion. Then, to finish off the day of racing would be the 50-lap enduro, which would see Bobby Hamel take the lead at the start and hold it until about the halfway point, when Walter Scram would pass him for the victory, ahead of Randy Martin and Beau Reeves. The 2025 racing season at the Airborne Park Speedway on Sunday, with the headline event being the 50-lap, $5,000 to win for the J+S Steel Sportsman Modified. Gallery

It would be a three-way battle for the lead in the 9th State Cannabias Renegades between Billy Thwaits (30), Tyler Irwin (54), and Shawn Fountain (007) for the lead, and Thwaits would get the win on the day. It would be the start of championship weekend from the Airborne Park Speedway to finish the 2025 season and the J+S Steel Sportsman Modified, Hoosier Limited Sportsman Modified, 500cc Mini Sprints, Mini Stocks, 9th State Cannabias Renegades, Crown Vics, and Enduro. Dirtcar Racing: Rutland Regional Medical Center Local Heroes Night @ Devils Bowl Speedway July 19th 2025

Tim LaDuc (54) dives under Dave Camara (26) for the lead during the Sunoco Sportsman Modified feature to get his first win of the season. It would be the ninth race of the 2025 season from the Devils Bowl Speedway, and it would be Rutland Regional Medical Center Local Heroes Night, with all six divisions in attendance. The O'Reilly Auto Parts Limited Sportsman Modified Twin 20s would be the headliner of the night. After all the heat races were completed, the first feature of the night would be the first of two twin 20s for the O'Reilly Auto Parts Limited Sportsman Modified. It would be a battle up front between mother and daughter for the victory as Bobbi Hults would get the win over her daughter Katrina Leclaire in the 20-lap affair. Next up would be the Friend Construction 500cc Mini Sprints, where John Smith would take the lead from the start of the race. However, the defending track champion, Gage Provencher, would chase him down from a considerable distance and secure his fourth win in his last five races.
Next up would be the Sunoco Sportsman Modified for their 30-lap event, where Brent Warren would take the lead from the start of the race. However, it would be short-lived, as Dave Camara would pass him for the lead, and then the battle would be on between him and defending track champion Tim LaDuc. LaDuc would get to the line first for his first win of the season. Then on track would be the 9th State Cannabis Crown Vics for their 15-lap event, which would once again see Eric Friend get the win over TJ Knight for his fourth win of the season. Then we would have the Hoosier Novice Sportsman Modified for their 220-lap event, a nd it would see Mark McGinnis lead the whole race for his first career victory. However, it would not be without competition. There would be multiple green-white-checkered finishers in the other race. Then it would be time for the second of the Twin 20's for the O'Reilly Auto Parts Limited Sportsman Modified. It would see Tyler go wire to wire for the victory. Then it would be time for the Fisher Auto Parts Mini Stocks that would have split features on the evening and would see Dawson Thompson get the lead off the start of the first one, but Jeremy Brownell Jr would get chase him down from the 14th starting spot and get around him for the win after Thompson pulled off In the second feature for the Mini Stocks it would see Brian Blake get the lead off the start of the race. Still, this time it would be the other half of the Brownell racing family getting the win on the night, completing the father-son wins of the night. Then, to finish off the night, it would be an Enduro 50 lap event, and it would see its third different winner of the season, as Jason Porter would start at the tail of the field and come all the way up for the victory. The Devils Bowl Speedway will come back to life next Saturday, July 26th, as it hosts the Vince Quenneville Memorial event. Gallery

It would be the battle up front between mother and daughter for the win in the O'Reilly Limited Sportsman Modified event as Bobbi Hults (28x) would beat her daughter Katrina Leclaire (12) to the checkered flag. It would be the ninth race of the 2025 season from the Devils Bowl Speedway, and it would be Rutland Regional Medical Center Local Heroes Night, with all six divisions in attendance. Adam Piper (66) and Brian Whittemore (36) battling for the win in the Sunoco Sportsman Modified that would see Adam Piper get the win on the night. It would be the third night of racing from Devils Bowl Speedway on the 2025 season, and it would be the annual night of destruction event with the 50-lap enduro added to the card, as there would be over 120 cars in the pits, plus the enduro cars. After all the heat racing, it would be on to the features. We would have the Sunoco Sportsman Modified for their 30-lap event starting on the 31st. We would have Brian Whittemore and Adam Piper on the front row, and Piper would get the lead of the start with a challenge from Whittemore for the first couple. Then he would start to pull away, but then there would be a challenge from James Hanson for the next couple. After that, Piper would check out on the field and cruise to his first win of the season. Then we would have the O'Reilly Auto Parts Limited Spoersman Modified for their 25-lap event, and 23 would take the green, and the battle would be up front between Ed Bell and Marty Hutchins for the win. Ed Bell would get the checkered first. Still, the scale would get him as he was 12 lbs light on the scale, handing the win to Marty Hutchins. Then it would be onto the Hoosier Novice Sportsman for their 20-lap event, and that would see Aiden Benoure start from the pole and go green to checkered for the win and his first of the season. Then in the Friend Construction Mini Sprints, there would be a pair of features, and both of them would see a battle up front between the same two racers, Raymond Hanson and Quinn Quenneville, as they would go back and forth throughout the races, but Raymond Hanson would get the sweep on the evening. Then, to finish off the main night of racing, it would be the Fisher Auto Parts Mini Stocks, and it would see a great battle up front between Tyler Bell and Chris Charboneau, with Charboneau edging out Bell for the win. Then to finish off the night of racing it would be the 50 lap enduro and it would see Brent Wilbur get the lead of the start of the race bt there would be a hard charger coming as Dan Desfrges would charge his way to the lead and from there check out on the field and claim his $500 first place check.
